Disco Pups – Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Services
Effective July 1st, 2025

By booking a service with Disco Pups, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Cancellations

• All services must be booked in advance via our website, or direct contact.

• Cancellations made with less than 3 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 50% of the service cost).

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• Times as estimated and services may take place up to 30 minutes before or after the agreed upon time.

3. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking service.

• We accept Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

4. Dog Behavior & Safety

• All dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward humans.

• If your dog has any behavioral issues (leash reactivity, anxiety, aggression, etc.), they must be disclosed during your consultation.

• Disco Pups reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any pet that poses a safety risk.

• Dogs must have a secure collar/harness and up-to-date ID tags.

5. Vaccinations & Health

• All pets must be up to date on required vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella for dogs).

• Please notify us of any medical conditions or medications your pet is taking.

6. Weather Policy

• Walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or modified during extreme weather (heat, storms, ice) for the safety of your pet and our walkers.

• Indoor play or potty breaks may be substituted when needed.

7. House Access & Security

• Clients must provide reliable access to the home via key, lockbox, or smart entry.

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from access issues or faulty locks.

8. Photo & Visit Updates

• Each service includes a visit summary and photos sent via text or email.

• Photos may be used for social media or marketing.

9. Liability

• Disco Pups is fully insured and bonded.

• We are not liable for uncontrollable events such as pet injuries due to faulty leashes, unpreventable incidents during walks, or acts of nature.

• Owners are responsible for any harm or damage caused by their pet to property, people, or other animals.

10. Charity Contributions

• For every paid service booked, Disco Pups donates $2 to a local animal welfare charity. Contributions are made monthly and are not tax-deductible for clients.
